Eng. Magdi Taha, CEO of Sudatel Group, led the Group’s delegation in a meeting this morning with the President of the Republic of Senegal at the Presidential Palace. During the meeting, the Group reaffirmed its commitment to continued investment in Senegal and to enhancing its contribution to the country's digital transformation journey.
The delegation included Ms. Khine Fatou Sow, General Manager of Expresso Senegal; Mr. Jaafar Saleh, Executive Vice President for Technical Affairs; and Mr. Osama Mohamed Kheir, Executive Vice President for Strategy.
As the owner and operator of Expresso Senegal, the Group emphasized its determination to strengthen its investments in the Senegalese market and to support the implementation of the "New Deal" initiative, thereby helping to solidify the foundations of the digital economy and bolster the country's technological sovereignty.
The meeting also addressed the Group’s vision for expanding digital investments, its role in developing telecommunications infrastructure, and its efforts to foster innovation and expand the reach of digital services in Senegal.
This meeting reflects the strength of the strategic partnership between Sudatel Group and the Republic of Senegal, underscoring the confidence placed in the Group as a leading investor in the telecommunications sector.
